These trainings (Ready to Ascend and Ready to Advance) are exclusively web-based (virtual) classrooms featuring 15 unique facilitators who are content experts in areas such as:
Budgeting and Finance
Coalition Building
Performance Management
Strategic Planning
Members of the each cohort will receive the full schedule and zoom access links upon acceptance.

The cohort will be limited to thirty (30) participants, with ten (10) participants each selected from the western, central, and eastern regions of the Commonwealth.
